Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Fundraising Intern to join our team and support our fundraising and investor relations efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain hands-on experience in the private equity industry and contribute to Alator Capital's growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities Investor Research & Outreach : Conduct detailed research on prospective investors, including family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Assist in preparing tailored outreach strategies. Fundraising Material Development : Support the creation and refinement of investor pitch decks, marketing materials, and fundraising documentation. CRM Management : Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring accuracy and effective tracking of fundraising progress. Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities to provide actionable insights to the team. Administrative Support : Assist in organising investor meetings, coordinating schedules, and preparing follow-up communication. What We’re Looking For Academic Background : Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional correspondence. Analytical Mindset : Strong research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with CRM tools is a plus. Team Player : A collaborative attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn in a fast-paced environment. Passion for Finance : A genuine interest in private equity and fundraising.
