Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving business excellence? In this role, you will manage and maintain Nexor’s business improvement initiatives and formal certifications, including TickITplus, ISO9001, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials/Plus, Investors in People, and business continuity provisions. You will ensure our business processes are consistent, well-implemented, and fit for purpose, identifying future opportunities to enhance Nexor’s market positioning and profile.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage Business Improvement Programme: Lead and manage Nexor’s Business Improvement Programme and associated formal certifications, aligning them with business strategies and requirements.
Oversee Quality Assurance: Manage the QA Team and Nexor’s Internal Audit Programme, conducting internal audits and supporting activities to successful conclusions.
Maintain Policies and Procedures: Implement, promote, support, and regularly review Nexor’s policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company practices.
Maintain Quality Certifications: Ensure the maintenance of Nexor's formal quality certifications and champion additional standards that support Nexor's market positioning and reputation.
Develop Improvement Plans: Create and execute the Nexor Business Improvement Plan, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating cross-functional working groups.
Business Continuity: Develop and maintain Nexor’s business continuity plans and procedures, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
External Representation: Represent Nexor at external business improvement, certification, and accreditation forums.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support Cyber Essentials/Plus: Assist Business Systems in implementing and maintaining Cyber Essentials/Plus activities.
Contribute to Security Forum: Participate in Nexor’s Security Forum and support security improvement activities.
Staff Support: Provide general support to members of staff as required.
Role Requirements:
Flexible Working: Be prepared to work flexible hours and occasionally outside normal hours to meet deadlines.
Driving Licence: A current UK driving licence is essential.
Security Clearance: Hold a minimum of SC clearance or be able to achieve this.
