Professional Services organisation is hiring for an IT Services Manager for their offices in Oxford. Salary ranges between £55K - £70K. You will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence as travel to other offices will be required. Hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Good working knowledge of CCH, Alpha Tax, Caseware, Silverfin, PayCircle, Jira Service Management, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Horizon phone system and InTune.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the firm's IT helpdesk team
* Co-ordinating and managing software updates, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant
* Improving resolution times and implementing strategies to improve efficiencies.
* Monitoring KPI's
* Providing high level technical support and guidance to resolve complex IT issues
* Overseeing the maintenance and management of IT systems and conducting regular audits to create improvements.
* Ensuring all IT practices are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Reporting on helpdesk performance, system updates and project progress to senior management
Skills and Experience Required:
* At least 10 years experience working within IT Service Management, ideally within a Professional Services / Accountancy firm.
* Strong experience in software management, technical troubleshooting and systems maintenance.
