Here at Protocol Education, we are seeking Creative Learning Supports in our primary schools!
A successful candidate will:
* Hold a minimum of a Level 2 in Childcare OR have experience in the Childcare sector.
* Have an understanding of the needs of the children, being patient, diverse, inclusive, and inspiring throughout each role required.
* Have a level of experience working with children and the different challenges that arise, this can be at either EYFS, infant, or junior ages.
* Have a genuine desire and motivation to help a team of committed school staff fulfill the needs of the children and deliver quality assistance.
* Ideally have a variety of experience working with different age groups, cultures, and environments.
Key responsibilities:
* Grow and gain positive relationships with the pupils and also their support systems, e.g., parents, carers, and professionals.
* Assist pupils and teachers to deliver a high-quality learning standard and obtain expected knowledge for the relevant key stages.
* Facilitate small group interventions.
* Ensure the lessons delivered are to a high standard, acting on instruction and guidance given by the teacher or senior members.
