Concept has a unique opportunity to join a well-established managed print and service provider based within South Yorkshire. To continue growth within this industry, we are looking for an experienced engineer who has a proven track record within the industry covering a range of print devices. The role will involve stock ordering of parts & consumables, IT support, telephone and remote support, together with field calls, installation and connectivity of MFP's.
The Candidate
1. Excellent electrical/mechanical engineering knowledge
2. Strong IT knowledge and experience in networking MFD's covering printing and scanning
3. Minimum 3 years' experience within the industry
4. Experience of any desktop A4 devices would be an advantage
5. Must have excellent customer care experience (both working on-site & remotely)
6. Full UK driving licence
7. Smart appearance
Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide a technical service to customers, including fault finding, installation, networking, maintenance and repair.
2. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
3. Maintain stock levels of parts & consumables
4. Service call planning for service dept
5. To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
6. Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
Package:
1. Up to £38,000
2. Quarterly Bonus Scheme - up to £300 pq depending on performance
