We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to: Provide first-line generalist HR advice and pragmatic interventions to managers Deliver proactive and timely responses to all HR enquiries Take the lead on casework aligned to a specific faculty or division Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and implement people-focused solutions Develop and enhance HR-related projects to improve organisational effectiveness An appreciation of working in higher education and managing change in a complex organisation would be desirable, but more importantly, we are looking for someone with an excellent track record of providing pragmatic advice and delivering people-focused solutions.
