Job Description
As a Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Responding to customer queries via inbound calls
* Making outbound calls to customers
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
* Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
* Assisting in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures
* Working closely with other team members to meet and exceed performance goals
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services
* Participating in regular training and development programmes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor should have:
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service
* 1 year or more experience within a customer call centre background
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software
* The ability to work well in a team and independently
* Can commit to a 12 month temporary role
