Hybrid Financial Adviser Up to £45k depending on experience, Generous commission/bonus structure Horsham or Chelmsford My client is looking for an experienced Financial Advisor for their offices in either Horsham or Chelmsford. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in financial planning and investment advice, and who is committed to delivering client-best interest outcomes and upholding firm principles. Day-to-day of the role: Engage with clients to assess their financial needs and goals, discussing their expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, and risk tolerance. Develop tailored financial strategies for clients, recommending suitable financial products and services. Analyse client financial data to guide them towards profitable and secure financial decisions. Maintain and cultivate a client base, building strong relationships and networking to generate leads. Stay updated with industry trends and conduct market research to support financial consulting. Prepare financial document summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections for clients. Regularly review client accounts and plans to recommend necessary adjustments based on life or economic changes. Assist in supervising trainee advisers and support the Sales Manager and Sales & Development Director with daily duties. Required Skills & Qualifications: Relevant financial industry qualifications (essential). Experience as a Financial Adviser is desirable. Valid driver’s licence. Strong attention to detail with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and empathise with clients. Exceptional communication, presentation skills, and a strong command of the English language. Knowledge of FCA Principles, Code of Approved Persons, and FIT handbook.
