About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in our partnered specialist SEN school, you'll play a vital role in providing essential support to students with a diverse range of learning needs. This rewarding role involves: Working closely with individual students and small groups, both inside and outside the classroom, to support their learning and development. Assisting with personal care needs (as required) with respect and sensitivity. Implementing engaging learning activities designed by teachers, adapting your approach to meet individual learning styles and needs. Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Communicating and collaborating effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.
