Join our growing Satellite Communications organization as a Customer Support advisor. The role will be based in Redruth, UK, and involves working a shift pattern to provide first-line support to customers globally. You will be responsible for logging and supporting product, service, and billing enquiries, and will work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* First point of contact for customer support queries globally
* Logging calls and emails within CRM/database and ensuring details are accurately recorded and updated
* Providing 1st/2nd line technical support to customers on products and services
* Escalating calls and following through to ensure customer satisfaction
* Monitoring technical infrastructure, investigating alarms and outages, and escalating as needed
Key skills and experience sought include:
* Customer-facing/support experience
* Computer literate
* Confident and clear telephone manner
* Good commercial awareness and ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised
Salary: up to £23K, plus £3.5K shift allowance. Benefits include 25 days holiday, bonus, free onsite parking, and private health.
