Job Title : Brand Manager - Biologics Location: London - Hybrid Job Description The Brand Manager - Biologics will be responsible driving and implementation of global strategy, it will be critical that they collaborate cross-functionally to ensure launch readiness for UK / Ireland and Marketing. The position involves the development and execution of the launch strategy for the GALDERMA’S Dermatology asset, implementing Marketing Strategies including major cross-functional initiatives like Homecare Strategy and Ireland Strategy, executing Marketing initiatives, collaborating with local / peers in other countries / global colleagues, managing KOL relationships in close collaboration with Medical and the in-field team, and driving the compliant market presence of the new Dermatology Biologic treatment. Key Responsibilities Pre-launch Overall Launch Strategy and Planning: Execution of the launch strategy and comprehensive plans for the new Dermatology asset in the UK / Ireland, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Annual Brand Plan: Develop Annual Brand Plan through gaining local market insights around key environmental challenges and opportunities, develop key marketing strategies and solutions to drive the business forward. Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration and coordination among various functions involved in the launch, such as marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, operations, and homecare. Ensure alignment on objectives, activities, and messaging, and promote cross-functional teamwork and communication. Individual accountability for delivery, however, sits with each project lead. Ensure strong collaboration with Global and Regional colleagues in the development of key launch assets. Launch Execution and Monitoring: Implementation of launch activities and ensure their timely execution, tracking progress against the plan. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze market trends, identify potential risks or opportunities, making necessary adjustments to optimize the launch strategy. Stakeholder Engagement: Compliantly engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups. Collaborate with medical affairs to develop and implement KOL engagement strategies and educational initiatives. Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence: Gather and analyze market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform the launch strategy and identify areas for differentiation. Stay up to date with market trends, treatment guidelines, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive positioning for our Dermatology asset. Budget Management: Collaborate with the Brand Lead and finance teams to develop and manage the launch budget effectively. Monitors spend and ensure appropriate allocation of resources to achieve launch objectives. Communication and Reporting: Keep the Brand Lead informed of the launch progress, challenges, and achievements through regular updates and reports. Provide clear and concise communication to cross-functional teams, senior management, and other stakeholders regarding launch activities, timelines, and deliverables. Risk Management: Identify potential risks or obstacles that may impact the launch success and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate concerns to the Business Unit Head when necessary. Pre- Launch / Post-Launch Adhere to all company policies Ensure compliance with the ABPI code of practice Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and delivery in launch readiness programs in UK / Ireland Biologics and Dermatology launch experience within UK market. Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration in UK / Ireland Demonstrable education and experience in Marketing in UK / Ireland Strong internal and external Stakeholder Collaboration, influence, and engagement. Strategic thinker and is able to deliver key strategies to implementation. Significant experience in leading Annual Brand Plan Development. Able to work well under ambiguity and able to bring clarity for teams through clear and simple communication. Strong ability to analyze and synthesize multiple forms of data and decipher the so what and related actions in creating Marketing Strategies and solutions. Works well under pressure, tight timelines and can prioritize the most impactful work. Demonstrate people's development, coaching and management.
