Experiential Account Manager – Creative Agency – London

DNA Recruit is working with a leading Creative Agency, known for crafting purposeful Brand Experiences that drive consumer and Shopper engagement, to find them a talented Experiential Account Manager to join their team. This is your chance to work with high-profile brands on campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Lead the execution of experiential marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
* Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
* Creative Development: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling brand experiences.
* Project Coordination: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless project execution.
* Collaboration: Partner with production teams to bring ideas to life with high-quality execution.
* Briefing & Strategy: Interpret and implement client briefs, ensuring strategic alignment with brand goals.
* Retail & Shopper Marketing (Bonus): Leverage knowledge of retail environments to enhance shopper engagement strategies.
* Sustainability: Ensure all projects align with the agency’s sustainability commitments.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in experiential marketing within an agency environment.
* Strong account management and project management expertise.
* Ability to respond to and implement client briefs with precision.
* Experience developing creative concepts and design briefs.
* Knowledge of channel and category management.
* A keen understanding of sustainability in brand experiences.
Salary: Up to £40k DOE
Location: London (Hybrid)
