The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our growing team within the Evolve programme. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and implementing digital transformation projects
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Evolve programme
* Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables aligned with business goals
* Coordinate project teams and external vendors to achieve strategic outcomes
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across all levels
* Identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage dependencies across workstreams
* Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery
* Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards
* Champion continuous improvement and post-project evaluations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven project management experience within digital transformation.
* Experience of either HR Rostering Planforms OR Financial Billing platforms.
* Experience of Integrations and Data Migrations.
* Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
* Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
Desirable:
* Experience with cloud technologies and/or API integration
* Background in Healthcare, Social care, or similar regulated industries
