BMW Group Plant Hams Hall is a modern, state-of-the-art engine manufacturing facility, located just outside Birmingham, UK. Producing the latest generation of three and four cylinder petrol engines, the plant plays a key role in BMW Group’s global production network, supplying engines for BMW and MINI, including some of the latest plug-in hybrid vehicles.

Join our award-winning Innovation and Digitalisation team at BMW Plant Hams Hall for an enriching Innovation and Digitalisation Software Development Graduate Position. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities and opportunities, working with state-of-the-art technologies and complex data systems integral to our production processes.

* Work on cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI, robotics, NVIDIA Omniverse, digital twins, and computer vision.
* Generative AI & Computer Vision: Participate in pioneering projects that leverage AI to revolutionize our approach to problem-solving and automation.
* Full-Stack Development: Enhance your skills in both front and back-end development.
* Cloud & On-Premise Solutions: Gain experience with cloud technologies from providers like AWS & Azure.
* Apache Kafka Utilization: Work with industry-standard real-time data streaming platforms.

Qualifications and Experience
* Academic Excellence: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field, on track to achieving a 2.1.
* Technical Versatility: Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Swift.
