The RoleAs a Recruitment Assistant, you will work closely with the wider HR and Recruitment team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the full recruitment process. This role will see you working alongside experienced HR professionals to attract, select, and onboard top talent across various levels of the business, with a particular focus on supporting early careers recruitment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with the HR/Recruitment team to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to onboarding successful candidates.
2. Managing the recruitment inbox daily, ensuring queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
3. Supporting hiring managers across the business by maintaining the Reach ATS system, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
