As an ambassador of the brand, you’ll think of new ways to connect with customers and the community. You’ll lead the Crew in the absence of the Store Manager, coaching and inspiring them to drive results through engagement and accountability.
What you’ll do:
* Support the development of strategies to exceed financial goals.
* Deliver an energetic and omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection, customer engagement, and sales.
* Focus on building client relationships and community engagement to gain new customers.
* Motivate and measure performance of Crew Leads and Crew to increase profitability.
* Act as a mentor to Crew Leads and aid in their development through transparent communication.
* Educate Crew on product information and brand initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
* Build an environment that fosters open communication with Crew and headquarters partners.
* Network and recruit to maintain a talent pool for open positions.
* Evaluate store operations for opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
* Support store merchandising to reflect current brand initiatives and local customer needs.
DOR Overview: You will take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR) to ensure clarity around execution of work and support development. DOR’s will rotate, so managers are proficient in all areas.

Requirements:
* 1+ Years Retail Supervisor experience in similar volume (or equivalent).
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite & Virtual Video Platforms.
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
* Inventory management and merchandising abilities.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Time management and prioritization skills.
* Commitment to career growth of self and others.
* Preferred experience in Social Media.
* Must be able to bend, reach, and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
As an employee at a vineyard vines retail location, all team members must have the ability to:
* Stand and/or move around for extended periods of time.
* Reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally.
* Lift up to 40 pounds, unless an accommodation is requested.
