Looking for a rewarding part-time role in customer care? Join our client’s small but busy team as a Customer Care Agent, where every call matters, and your multitasking skills will shine!
Your Role:
As part of a close-knit team, you’ll deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Building relationships over the phone to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
2. Promptly contacting new enquiries to foster strong connections.
3. Accurately logging orders and maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
4. Supporting marketing campaigns and communicating customer feedback to Head Office.
5. Following company workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency.
What You’ll Bring:
1. A caring and professional telephone manner, especially with older customers.
2. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
3. Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
4. Competent computer skills and a proactive, team-player attitude.
Shifts:
This permanent part-time role offers a structured schedule:
1. Monday & Tuesday: 1 pm – 5 pm
2. Wednesday to Friday: 10 am – 3 pm
