Job summary Consultant The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Foundation Trust wishes to appoint a substantive Consultant to the cross-site surgical team. The successful candidates will support the Emergency Surgery & Sarcoma teams at West Middlesex & Chelsea and Westminster. Main duties of the job The post holder will be required to contribute to the Emergency Surgery Consultant of the week rota. In addition, he/she will be included in the General Surgery on-call nights/weekends roster. This will still provide ample opportunity for elective work in accordance with the post-holders' subspecialty interest - with specific time allocated for ongoing personal development in their chosen field. In particular, support will be given to areas of innovation in improving the quality of patient care.
