Job Description
Purpose
The Senior Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting will drive effective and insightful reporting across our marketing organisation. They will enable and empower marketing colleagues to understand & analyze the data so that we continuously move towards a more efficient marketing model.
This role will be the pillar of the global marketing operations team, who strives to create a culture and operational momentum throughout the global marketing organisation that is built on developing & delivering data-focused intelligence.
Summary
At IFS, the business has well-defined KPIs for marketing's contribution to lead generation & pipeline and brand awareness growth.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing Operations, this role provides insights and monitors performance to ensure that all marketing investments are achieving or exceeding identified targets.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
* Oversee the build of reporting dashboards, identifying insightful views to evaluate data.
* Manage and update stakeholders around the data lake project.
* Create a data analytics community for marketing.
* Implement the marketing data model, aligning with IT.
* Drive and deliver enablement for all insights provided.
* Support the build of Power BI dashboards.
Qualifications
Overall Required Competence:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrate management skills, including the ability to solve problems.
* Excellent project planning skills.
* Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to work.
* Highly analytical with the ability to develop solutions.
* Can produce quality work under pressure.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and mass data quality governance.
* Knowledge of Power BI from a developmental perspective.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and/or GSuite.
Required Education & Experience:
* Strong technical acumen.
* Proven history managing complex marketing operations programs.
* Fluent in English (written & spoken).
* Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools.
* History working with CRM.
* History working on Power BI or equivalent skillset.
Desired:
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
* History working with AI tooling to structure data.
