What You’ll Bring:
KCS Education are looking for a versatile and self-motivated individual with a confident telephone manner to join their dedicated Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will take ownership and pride in providing excellent customer service to play a key part in nurturing and retaining their customers.
What You’ll Achieve:
As Customer Experience Executive you will:
1. Consistently provide excellent customer service, taking ownership of queries through to resolution stage promptly and efficiently.
2. Regularly capture, populate and accurately maintain the CRM system all activity relating to your customers details.
3. Answer incoming calls in line with agreed service levels as well as make outbound calls to provide both order and delivery updates.
4. Support in managing a variety of email inboxes in the Customer Experience department covering anything from orders to discrepancies/complaints and product sourcing.
5. Ensure all orders are input accurately and efficiently.
6. Build repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers wants and needs.

What We Require:
Proven experience within a fast-paced customer facing role
Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Previous experience of working in an office-based role is desirable but not essential.
