Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager – Day Services
Are you committed to providing high quality support for Adults with a Health and Social Care need?
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to take our in house Day Services forward and modernise them fit for the future! You will need to be a highly motivated individual who can support staff in 3 different locations across the Borough. Have extensive experience of working with people who have specialist needs such as Dementia, Alzheimers, Autism, or other Challenging Behaviours including supporting people with a learning disability.
NVQ 4 / 5 in Health and Social Care is essential and you must be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including Maths and English level 2.
The post will be based at one of our three centres however, you will be expected to be flexible and visit the 3 locations which include Rastrick, Hebden Bridge and Halifax.

Applicants to posts that are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
