Our Home First & Reablement service supports people returning home after a stay in the hospital. This helps them continue their recovery in their own surroundings – regaining their ability to live as independently as possible.
This is an exciting time to join our service – we are expanding to continue to provide quality care and support, and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to work with people in their communities.
We are recruiting experienced and new to care Rehabilitation Assistants in Tewkesbury.
As a Health Care Support Worker, you will work closely with other health care professionals, delivering essential clinical and personal care. You will ensure that our service user needs are met and assist the team in maintaining high standards of care delivery.

You will progress from a pay band 2 to pay band 3 on achievement of the Care Certification.
This role is offered on a permanent basis.
Our service runs 24/7 and all our Rehabilitation Assistant roles offer core hours of 07.00-22.00.
