Permanent position. Flexible Working Hours - Office based in Portadown, or Multiple Branch locations available across NI.
Salary:
£21,800 - £24,500 (High OTE with Uncapped Bonus) + Uncapped Bonus + Progression Opportunities & 5* Training And Development - Really exciting position with tonnes of growth potential.
Responsibilities:
* Undergo a custom training programme to enable you to deliver our complete personal lines service to our customers by giving knowledgeable, tailored advice on our range of products.
* Sell and cross-sell these within company set sales targets and managed through various performance metrics.
* Assist customers with their queries, including mid-term adjustments and renewals.
Purpose:
* Via inbound and outbound calls, sell and cross-sell a range of personal lines insurance products within company set sales targets (individual and overall branch/company target).
* Provide advice to new and existing customers regarding renewals, queries, etc.
* Cross-sell, handle policy adjustments, and deal with complaints.
Ideal Person:
* Experience within a Sales position.
* Insurance experience is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using a variety of media.
* An effective, willing, and enthusiastic team player.
