Description
Davies are looking to recruit a Planning and Support Administrator to join our Motor Engineering team in Bolton. Joining Davies as a Planning and Support Administrator means that you’ll be planning our engineers' routes, booking inspections, and supporting customers. So, you’ll need to be a great communicator, well organized, and dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service.
Key Responsibilities
* Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
* Arranging inspections with customers
* Dealing with queries from customers, insurance companies, and repair garages both via e-mail and telephone
* Data inputting and accepting new jobs onto the database
* Route planning for field engineers
* Ensuring work is performed within SLA
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* A professional and adaptable communication style - both written and verbal
* Efficient administrative skills
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
* A proactive attitude and an enthusiastic approach
* Previous Insurance Claims experience
