Our client, an established and prestigious independent property agent, is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Estate Agent to join the team on a full-time basis in their Wadebridge office with on-target earnings around 45,000.
This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to join a small but energetic team to manage and drive forward business in the Cornwall area. We are seeking an experienced estate agent with at least three years of experience in the industry and as a valuer. You do not need managerial experience, but you will need strong experience as an estate agency valuer, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in business development. Additionally, you should be organized and fully up to date with Estate Agency legislation. The basic salary is in the region of 25,000, with on-target earnings around 45,000 pa.
The successful candidate will be polished, well-organized, and able to work diligently as part of a motivated residential property team, possessing excellent communication, literacy, and IT skills. This is an exciting role that will involve a variety of front-line property valuing responsibilities, generally carrying out multiple valuations every day in the 300,000 - one million price range, so you must be used to working in a busy environment. They are looking for a candidate with at least three years of estate agency experience, including a solid background in valuing, who is looking for a career rather than just a job. You will be polished, hard-working, articulate, well-presented, a real team player, able to communicate at all levels, and looking to expand on your already gained knowledge.
