About the Role:
The school are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for Key Stage 1 and 2 students. Your role will be pivotal in providing high-quality education and enhancing the outcomes for children with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of various SEN types, including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, and ADD.
Candidate Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
Comprehensive understanding of SEN
Ability to assess and identify individual student strengths and weaknesses, adapting teaching methods accordingly
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
