This role will involve working closely with directors to craft a consistent personal brand, manage their profiles, and build meaningful engagement with their audience. You will strategise, create, and manage content that highlights their expertise, personal stories, and opinions to connect authentically with their audience.Key Responsibilities1. Personal Branding Strategy & Development:Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks for personal branding in the industryHold weekly 1-on-1 meetings with directors to gather updates, understand their tone of voice, and align on goalsDevelop style guides and tone of voice guidelines tailored to each director’s personaDefine content pillars, formats, and do's and don'ts for their LinkedIn presencePrepare and present a comprehensive personal branding strategy, including KPIs to measure success2. Content Creation & ManagementBuild and maintain a content calendar with planned posts, comments, and engagement tacticsWrite compelling, authentic, and professional copy for posts and commentsOrganise and oversee professional photoshoots for directors to create high-quality visual contentResearch and suggest relevant topics, articles, and trends for directors to comment on or shareCollaborate with the Design team to create multimedia assets for LinkedIn3. Community Management & EngagementMonitor comments, messages, reposts, and mentions, ensuring timely and thoughtful responsesProactively engage with relevant content by liking, sharing, and commenting on behalf of directors as advisedBuild relationships with key industry figures and stakeholders by fostering authentic online interactions if requested4. Insights & OpportunitiesResearch emerging trends and topics directors should focus on to establish thought leadershipIdentify opportunities for public commentary, panel participation, or article contributions on trending industry topicsProvide regular analytics and reporting, including engagement metrics and audience insights5. Internal CollaborationWork closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the directors’ LinkedIn content aligns with corporate messaging and goalsAct as a bridge between the directors and the Marketing team to streamline effortsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field3+ years of experience in social media management, personal branding, or content marketingProven ability to create engaging content and maintain a consistent brand voiceStrong knowledge of LinkedIn’s algorithms, best practices, and analytics toolsExcellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Semrush) and analytics platformsProactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environmentKey CompetenciesStrategic thinker with a strong sense of creativityExceptional relationship-building and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong project management abilitiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesAbility to adapt tone and style to reflect individual personalities
