We are looking for a detail-oriented General Admin/Marketing Admin to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Ensure all invoices are processed, accurate, and in line with amounts due. Excel Expertise: Create and manage basic formulas for various reporting and admin tasks. Process Development: Assist in setting up and improving internal processes to ensure efficiency. Customer Service: Handle customer and aftersales queries promptly and professionally. Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team as needed. Roadshow Organisation: Coordinate venues and logistics for the company roadshow van. Promotions: Email promotions to customers and assist with marketing campaigns. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Flexibility to assist with other tasks as required. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formula creation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Good organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in admin or marketing roles is a plus but not essential. A proactive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn.
