We are looking for a London based Junior Digital Marketing Manager (Growth Marketing) to join our industry-leading team at our headquarters in Central London.
You will be responsible for the growth of disruptive venture-backed tech startups of all sizes, across several markets worldwide. You’ll need to be someone who brings significant experience to the table and has the technical prowess to execute end-to-end but also be someone who is hungry to learn and improve.
What The Job Involves
* Research, plan and execute growth marketing strategies across search, social, paid media, email, and other digital channels - ability to reflect these action points in a media plan/strategy doc
* Review active campaigns and monitor key performance metrics
* Work with the creative team to develop compelling ads, landing pages, and content that resonate with target audiences and improve conversion rates. Being able to explain these creative iterations with logical reasoning to the client is key
* Pull out any data point from any given period and explain it to the client (visually and vocally)
* Ability to organise and run check in/emergency meetings with GC team and relevant stakeholders (if manager were not available for example)
* Respond to client queries promptly and appropriately
* Make adjustments to strategy (media spend, creative use, channel use, tool use) and communicate it clearly with internal team and client
* Ability to effectively brief design team and follow up (from ideation to completion)
* Set and meet deadlines consistently
* Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights to optimise campaigns and improve metrics
* Staying up to date with recent trends and having it reflect in your work

Who You Are
* 1-2+ years experience in digital marketing / ppc / performance marketing
* Directly managed at least 5 figures in ad spend across your career
* Must have advanced experience running ads on at least 2 of the following platforms as a minimum: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, X (Twitter) Ads
* Solid understanding of how the web works technically behind the scenes
* Good with balancing heavy workloads
* Strong ability to work autonomously and to define what needs to be done
* Confident managing and leading a wide range of specialists across disciplines to deliver sophisticated Growth Marketing campaigns
* Able to conduct in-depth market research and form robust digital marketing strategies for clients from in a range of industries / verticals
* Deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation principles
* Advanced experience in planning, running and analysing effective Growth Marketing or CRO Experiments
* Technically sharp. You’ll eat, sleep and breathe Google Sheets, formulas and automation
