This role requires a thorough understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heavy machinery and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Assembly and Installation: oAssemble crushing and screening machinery according to technical drawings and specifications. oInstall machinery at client sites, ensuring all components are properly connected and operational. Maintenance and Repairs: oPerform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. oDiagnose and repair mechanical issues, replacing parts as necessary. oConduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality of equipment. Technical Support: oProvide technical support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the equipment. oTrain clients' personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the machinery. Quality Control: oEnsure all assembled equipment meets the company's quality standards. oDocument all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Health and Safety: oAdhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. oEnsure a clean and safe work environment, promptly addressing any hazards. Qualifications and Skills: Education: oHigh school diploma or equivalent required. oTechnical or vocational training in mechanical assembly, engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience: oMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the crushing and screening industry or a similar field. oExperience with heavy machinery and industrial equipment. Technical Skills: oProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. oStrong understanding of mechanical systems and components. oSkilled in using hand and power tools, as well as precision measurement tools. Soft Skills: oExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. oStrong communication and interpersonal skills. oAbility to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications: oCertifications in mechanical assembly or maintenance are a plus. oForklift and heavy machinery operation certifications may be required.
