The Role of a Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and developing long-term strategic relationships with clients across various industries. You will identify prospects, create tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless onboarding process in collaboration with internal operations teams.
This is a consultative sales role that requires a hunter mindset, a strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager
* Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
* Build a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
* Conduct client meetings, understand the situation, and offer great solutions.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the business.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and tender documents.

Requirements for the Business Development Manager Role

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
