Sodexo Campus Dining is seeking an experienced General Manager 4 for our Dining Program at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. The Food Services General Manager will lead strategic visioning for an innovative student dining experience and will be responsible for the successful coordination and direction of all daily activities related to the entire dining operation - including Student Resident Dining, Food Retail concepts, Catering, and Concessions!

What Youll Do
Are you the candidate we are seeking? The ideal candidate will:
* Attain a true partnership with Client and key campus stakeholders in solutioning, participating in campus meetings and events;
* Oversee financial reporting, managing eVision software, budgeting, forecasting, and financial platform maintenance;
* Manage food management systems for ordering/inventory, meal plans;
* Ensure strong employee engagement and retention through training/development.

What You Bring
The Ideal Candidate will:
* Have 5 years of food operations management experience at a General Manager level in a university dining or other high-volume dining;
* Have a demonstrated history of successful, diverse team leadership within a food service environment;
* Be proficient in the use of online Food Management Systems for menu and recipe planning, ordering and inventory, and financial reporting;
* Demonstrate proven financial acumen and have demonstrated success managing food and labor costs and budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements
