Our client is looking for a Planning Assistant to join their team on a Part-time basis and it would be a 6 Month - TEMP TO PERM position. You will be reporting to the Logistics Planning Manager, and you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process for products/appliances. WHAT’S ON OFFER: 24 hours per week (MON - FRI) Salary of c. £25 000PRO RATA Pension Scheme KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE PLANNING ASSISTANT: Schedule deliveries with customers and clients including pre-delivery duties e.g. contacting customers to confirm delivery requirements Generate weekly reports on delivery KPI’s Liaise daily with carriers and transport teams to allocate and track deliveries Maintain accurate delivery records using ERP/WMS systems (e.g. SAP/ORACLE) Deal with customer related queries, complaints and resolve customer related issues via phone, email and CRM Systems SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 1 year experience in customer service or transport admin Excellent communication skills Proficiency in using systems such as Microsoft Excel and CRM systems Problem solving skills If you are interested in this position as Planning Assistant, please send your application through to us.
