Water Safety Compliance Manager – Stamford (12 Week contract)
Are you passionate about water safety and regulatory excellence? Join our team as a Water Safety Compliance Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of water quality and safety.
The primary responsibilities of this role include implementing, managing, and overseeing various operational systems, with a primary focus on water systems across the specified sites. The role ensures operational compliance with relevant standards, including PAM, CQC, legislation, HSE guidance, HTMs, ACOPs, and directives issued by the businesses Water Safety Group and Sub-Group.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with the business's Water Safety Plan and regulatory standards.
· Manage water safety contractors, in-house teams, and PPM programs effectively.
· Oversee water risk assessments, sampling, and PPM activities using Compass software.
· Maintain and act on water safety records, facilitating AE audits and action plans.
· Lead water sampling, monitoring, and compliance with legislation and safety plans.
· Provide expert advice on water safety and lead policy updates and approvals.
· Monitor compliance through records, PPM reports, and statutory requirements.
· Manage legionella control measures and water system maintenance.
· Develop PPM schedules and ensure temperature monitoring compliance.
· Assist with ERIC/PAM data reporting and ensure policy updates.
· Supervise subcontractors and support Estates Teams in maintenance activities.
