About this role
As Clinical Nurse, under the direction of the relevant Senior Registered Nurse(s), you provide advanced, comprehensive and evidence-based nursing care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. This is a new role established at Lower West Adult Mental Health Service. Hospital In The Home provides frontline clinical nursing to ensure patient safety with a view to reduce hospital readmission. This role reports to the Nurse Manager.
