If so, here is your chance The Role We are currently looking to recruit a Office and Projects Administrator in our PMO and Transformation Team.It will involveall aspects of office administration for the Leicester premises based at Boss Court, including supporting EHS compliance and providingadministrative support for Aspires non-product projects. What will you be doing? Supporting hospitality requests for visitor requirements, distribution of post and procurement of consumables to maintain adequate supplies across all functions and office areas. Supporting the maintenance of site contracts (Boss Court). Maintaining supplier and contractor information as appropriate to the equipment or service provided. Supporting the maintenance of company specific requirements for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and applicable Health and Safety regulations. EnsuringAspires EHS processes and procedures remain aligned with those in place for the shared premises. Support in ensuring all employees are adequately trained in EHS matters. Providing administrative support for Aspires non-product projects as directed by the Projects and Continuous Improvement Manager. Conducting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the Projects and Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior Leadership. The Person A-Level or equivalent vocational or technical qualification. 2 Years experience desirable. Good attention to detail. Proficient IT skills incl. MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Focused, organised with ability to multitask, and prioritise. Why join us?
