HR Manager
Location: Reading
Contract Duration: 12-month Contract

ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a HR Manager on a 12 month contract.
The Role:
* Lead and manage a personal case load and/or projects, drawing on relevant expertise to resolve complex issues and manage business risk.
* Confident in delivering a company wide HR service line including associated data management, provider management and legal compliance.
* Lead the consistent delivery of high-quality HR advice to customers, working to agreed SLAs.
* Build relationships with operational stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective responses.
* Provide data, undertake expert analysis, research and make recommendations on HR solutions. Facilitate the creation and management of reports to track our key measures of success.
* Build relationships with external related organisations in order to maintain legal and regulatory compliance and best practice.
Requirements:
* Strong industrial relation/Trade Union/large industrial site experience required.
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft office applications.
* Confident ability to deal with stakeholders.
* Experience of drafting documents & agreements.
* Strong analytical skills, able to resolve pay & cost queries.
* Must be educated to degree level and understand legalese.
