Job Purpose The Marketing Executive will support, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns designed to achieve delegate numbers and revenue targets for Capacity Media and Techoraco events globally. This role is ideal for a driven and creative individual with B2B marketing experience, particularly in digital and social media, and with a flair for content creation and campaign management. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for multiple events using a variety of channels, including web, email, social media, and paid search advertising. Collaborate with internal teams (conference producers, editors, designers) to represent each event effectively, highlighting benefits and ensuring campaigns reach target audiences. Target Delivery: Deliver campaigns that meet or exceed targeted free registration and delegate revenue goals. Provide regular performance reports, highlighting activity across all channels and measuring overall campaign success in terms of acquisition and engagement. Partnerships to include Sponsors, Speakers and Media outlets: Arrange and manage partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to maximise event visibility. Work with event sponsors to fulfil contractual requirements, ensuring all marketing support is effectively delivered. Content Development: Assist in the creation of marketing content, such as landing pages, email templates, and social media assets as needed. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with Marketing Managers to support the execution of broader marketing strategies and tactical plans for all assigned events. Key Interfaces Internal: Marketing Director, Head of Events Marketing, Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing Executive, Event production, operations, and sales teams. External: Event sponsors, event partners, and suppliers. Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes Knowledge & Skills: Experience: 18 months to 2 years' experience in B2B marketing (required). Experience with digital channels, particularly social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite or Sprinklr (required). Technical Skills: Proficient in WordPress, CMS systems, and creating web campaign landing pages (required). Copywriting expertise with excellent command of English (required). Experience with Canva, basic Photoshop, and video creation/editing tools (required). Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics (preferred). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (required). Digital Marketing: Understanding of email marketing platforms (preferred). Basic knowledge of content marketing practices and SEO (preferred). Creative Skills: Strong creative abilities for designing marketing assets and social media content (required).
