Are you passionate about project coordination and eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic team? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Affairs Team in Witney. In this role, you will support Project and Programme activities, ensuring the smooth administration, coordination, planning of projects. You will maintain relevant project documentation, including but not limited to project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, reports, providing progress updates to teams as appropriate. Coordinating paper and electronic archiving activities, facilitating and tracking documentation packages through the quality management system.
Your interactions will be wide, and you will work with many teams across our business, including Technical Scientific Support, Statistics, Clinical Operations, Data Management and the wider R&D teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the effectiveness of our Quality System and ensure compliance with EHS regulations and corporate policies.

You are a highly organized and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in a team environment and are adept at building open, honest, and beneficial relationships with colleagues and customers. Your ability to lead smaller sub-projects, interpret schedules, and take prompt action to accomplish objectives sets you apart. You are confident in independently researching communication and reporting options and are proactive in recognizing and addressing risks.
With a scientific or business degree (newly qualified) or GCSE/A level with relevant experience.
You will bring good judgment, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience in managing small-sized projects in industry or education is preferred but not required.
