About the opportunity Play a pivotal role in delivering transformative initiatives to modernise remuneration and reward practices, ensuring they are equitable, market-competitive, and strategically aligned. Develop and implement key frameworks, processes, and tools that underpin UWA’s commitment to operational excellence, equity, and inclusion. You will lead the successful delivery of the 2025 RFQ to develop and deliver a Remuneration Framework and Job Architecture, alongside broader projects to standardise and enhance UWA’s remuneration and classification practices. About you Experience in managing large-scale remuneration projects, including strategy development and implementation. Experience in classification and reclassification processes, with demonstrated knowledge of governance and equity principles. Experience of legislative requirements and best practices in remuneration, loadings, and allowances. Experience in process automation and the implementation of digital tools for workflow efficiency.
