Our client, a leader in delivering high-quality mixed-tenure developments is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee a site undergoing demolition works. This position is essential in supporting their expanding workload and commitment to excellence in construction.
The role involves managing all demolition activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The Assistant Site Manager will work closely with the construction team, report progress, resolve on-site challenges, and coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid certification, and Asbestos Awareness certification. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a stable track record of employment within housebuilding or construction, ideally with experience working for volume-led operators. Familiarity with both traditional and modern construction methods is highly advantageous.
