Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
* Work alongside experienced consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases.
* Participate in recruitment events and candidate outreach initiatives.
* Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
* Learn about recruitment strategies and best practices to develop your skills.
Requirements
* Already established in a similar recruitment role or sector within an agency setting. 1-2 years of experience, minimum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
* Resilience and a positive attitude towards challenges.
