Hours: Mon-Thur (am - pm)
We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our high street branch in Harrogate. You will manage the reception desk, coordinate the diary for the Audiologist, make calls to customers, and provide a warm welcome to everyone entering the shop.

What you will be doing:
* Manage the diary effectively to balance sales and service appointments for new and existing customers.
* Review the customer database regularly to identify appointment opportunities and improve clinic performance.
* Make personalized welcome calls to maximize attendance and foster customer relationships.
* Support revenue generation by scheduling appointments and promoting additional products where appropriate.
* Maintain relationships with customers, offering promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions.
* Ensure the store's appearance aligns with Amplifon standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
* Manage stock levels to ensure product availability.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and experience with appointment booking systems preferred.
* Strong sales skills and ability to support audiologists in achieving targets.
