There’s always a buzz in the office about the latest ways we’ve gone the extra mile. PURPOSE: We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our Villas team. This is a wide-ranging role incorporating varied administrative tasks which are integral to the smooth running of holiday sales and operations. You will be a pivotal member of the Villas team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist where necessary to enable the sales team to achieve their team targets and to bring in bookings Confirm all services on behalf of the sales team Delegate online enquiries within the team Generate, check and format confirmation documentation for all bookings generally aiming for 24-48-hour turnaround from request to confirmation Liaise with the operations team on all relevant areas Assist the sales manager with any reporting requirements necessary Support the sales team with booking amends and questions at times they are absent Liaise directly with clients regarding any involuntary changes to bookings and offer alternatives Maximising every opportunity to upsell and proactively offer additional services Take payments on behalf of the sales team where necessary Request invoices from suppliers and check costs against the bookings before sending to Accounts to ensure they are paid on time Managing final balance payments to ensure they are received on time from the client Being exceptionally thorough and accurate in checking all client documentation. Attention to detail is imperative Take responsibility for problem solving in a professional and diplomatic manner to maintain customer service levels.
