Key Responsibilities Monitor and Track Emissions: Accurately record and report Scope 1 and 2 emissions across both Cardinal and Far brands, providing transparent and insightful data on our sustainability performance. Achieve Certifications: Lead the management of all relevant sustainability certifications, ensuring that we meet the rigorous standards required for a greener future. Develop Supplier Partnerships: Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to establish a comprehensive system for recording and reporting Scope 3 emissions, creating a robust network of sustainability champions. Impact Reporting: Work alongside Marketing to produce annual sustainability impact reports that will be shared with key stakeholders, showcasing our progress and commitment to carbon reduction. Client Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across various departments, as well as external networks and organisations, to assess and understand the sustainability needs of our clients. Promote Engagement: Establish effective strategies to promote partner participation in sustainability engagement programs, encouraging active contributions to our shared goals. Research and Innovation: Investigate and recommend offsetting and insetting initiatives to further benefit our clients and the environment, identifying new ways to support both corporate and client-driven sustainability targets. Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of sustainability policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and global sustainability frameworks. Lead Change Across the Business: Champion sustainability initiatives across all levels of the Partnership, from executive leadership to operational teams, ensuring that sustainability becomes embedded into the DNA of the Partnership. Monitor Industry Trends: Stay on top of global sustainability trends, government regulations, and technological advancements, providing recommendations for integrating these insights into our business operations.
