About the role
To process, book and administer all Online & National Dated Exams/Assessment, Entries and Achievements to meet internal and external deadlines. Coordinate a bank of invigilators, ensure all documentation for processes relating to all awarding bodies and internal processes to a high standard of accuracy and timeliness for all Exams is achieved. Liaise with internal and external colleagues for Exams/Assessments and Achievements.
About the person
The successful candidate will possess experience providing administrative support and using a full range of Microsoft packages. You will provide timely and accurate information, analyse and assimilate information quickly and have the skills to be able to deal with problems calmly and methodically.
