Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently process customer orders and address queries.
* Coordinate logistics, including shipment scheduling and inventory management.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and customer interactions.
* Assist in generating sales reports and managing general administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Experience in sales administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work well in a team, while managing your time effectively.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary of £25,000–£26,000 per annum.
* Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
