Your tasks
Overall responsibility of planning calls in UK
• First response for all incoming breakdown calls
• Planning of follow on repair work
• Planning of all Preventative Maintenance for the UK, ensuring we are within target
• Liaising with software to ensure calls are closed
• Ensuring all planned work is communicated to the customer and agreed
• Ensuring all H&S documentation is prepared by the technicians and issued to the customer ahead of visit
• Ensuring all SAP calls are completed and data managed efficiently
• With the cooperation of Field Service Managers, ensure adequate number of technicians in the field by managing holidays, training and sickness
• Logging of any out of hours works
• Chasing of customer purchase orders
• Regular participation in meetings pertaining to the planning of works
