We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our Post Office team as a Retail Postal Services Manager in our Scarborough store. As part of WHSmith, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, meeting business objectives, and ensuring the security of cash and postal items.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of counter assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
