The main function of a Technical Analyst in Customer Contact Platforms is to develop comprehensive requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring that they are thorough, detailed, and aligned with stakeholder needs, in order to facilitate effective project execution and deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires two days per week at the Livingston office.,
* Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies, achieving successful project delivery (using agile and other methodologies)
* Utilise your analytical and technical knowledge to work with solution design/technical specialists to translate business requirements into resilient and reliable technical solutions.
* Define precise and measurable acceptance criteria that describe the expected behaviour and performance of the solution and align with the business goals.
* Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions and systematic processes to resolve problems and capitalise on improvement opportunities.
* Effectively manage your workload by implementing efficient time management and prioritisation techniques.
* Clearly communicate your analysis artefacts with the relevant teams within Customer Contact Platforms, including development and test.
* Provide support to development and test teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition from development to testing, and ultimately to the successful deployment and go-live of software solutions.

* A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
* A solid understanding of elicitation techniques to ensure requirements are clear, robust, and testable.

* The ability to work on diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet challenging deadlines.
